Speaker: Wendy Elover

Topic:  Too Many Tabs Open: Staying Clear and Focused When Everything Feels Important

About this Event:

For professionals who support older adults and their families, the work often comes with constant decisions, emotional conversations, and competing priorities that all feel important at the same time. Even when everything is being handled on the outside, it can create a level of internal “noise” that makes it harder to think clearly, prioritize effectively, and move forward with confidence.

This interactive session introduces a simple, practical way to get clear when everything feels important at the same time.

When you’re juggling life's many responsibilities all at once, it’s easy for your thinking to get crowded and your priorities to blur together.

In this session, Wendy walks participants through a straightforward process to clear mental clutter, sort through competing priorities, and decide what actually deserves their attention right now.

Through guided exercises and real-time reflection, attendees will leave with a clearer sense of what matters right now and have a scheduled action planned.
