ABOUT COGS |
WHO WE AREFounded in 1991, and run by an all-volunteer Board of Directors, our membership now stands at over 100 strong and continues to grow. WHAT WE DOA volunteer board of directors and committees plan program meetings, monitor legislation, develop membership and provide educational information to its members and the community. |
Networking As a member, you'll have access to our established member network. This will allow you to make new, meaningful, and lasting connections at both our monthly meetings and at our after-hours social gatherings. Because all of our members are dedicated to serving the older adult market, you'll feel confident when referring a member of COGS to your clients. And they'll feel equally as confident referring you. Learning Our monthly programming is designed to be substantive - never promotional - with a focus on emerging trends and strategies to help you grow your business. This allows our members to strengthen their brands and to position themselves as trusted resources, experts, and thought leaders. This level of credibility gives our members a competitive edge in a crowded market. Marketing Depending on your membership level, you'll be invited to leverage members-only marketing opportunities. These include directory and website listings/advertising and event sponsorships. You'll also be provided with a digital badge. Place it on your website or in your signature block as a way to let prospective and current clients know you specialize in the older adult market. To give our members even more exposure and a boost in online search results, members are invited to submit their original articles across our email and social media channels. |
