About Our Speaker:
Lindsay Waxler holds a Master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Tai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts in Laurel, MD, currently known as Maryland University of Integrative Health. A licensed acupuncturist, she is a member of the Maryland Acupuncture Society and The National Acupuncture Detoxification Association. As a student at Tai Sophia, Lindsay was the founder of the Oncology Acupuncture Program at the Tai Sophia Institute, in which patients with cancer were able to receive free acupuncture treatments and yoga classes.
