Our Story began when searching for reliable home care for our Grandmother. We discovered a disconnect in the care we wanted and the care available. At 2nd Family, it is our goal to be the home care resource you can trust. Serving Central Maryland, we hand-pick our caregivers based on their experience, compassion and desire to help, while using technology to improve the care you receive. If we don’t trust a caregiver to care for our own grandma, we won’t be sending them to your home—that’s our Grandma Guarantee!
