Cummings & CO. Realtors is a residential broker company in Central Maryland. Primary business is assisting buyers, sellers landlords and tenants purchasing and renting properties. Karol Hess is a full time real estate consultant located in the Columbia office. Karol is a resident of Columbia since the first year of the new town, 1967. Since 1977 Karol has had a real estate license, and in addition to that Karol was a certified real estate appraiser (since 1979 until 2003, at which time she returned to real estate consulting. Karol's expertise lies in assisting the 55+ residents of Maryland and those moving into Maryland and assisting those transferring out of the area. Karol's intent is to make the transition run as smoothly as possible.
