I’m excited to officially announce the launch of Silver Moves Living: Real Talk On Aging — a new, no-sales educational series created to support seniors and their families through honest conversations and practical guidance around aging.
Our first session is titled:
Aging Without Overwhelm: Where Do I Start?
East Columbia Library (Howard County)
Tuesday, February 10
⏰ 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
This series was created to address the emotional, practical, and often overwhelming questions that come with aging — from housing decisions and family conversations to planning ahead before a crisis. The goal is simple: to help people feel educated, equipped, and empowered — not overwhelmed.
This launch session will be a moderated panel conversation featuring a Senior Care Consultant ,Rhonda Myles, ALM, CDP, and an Adult Child sharing lived experience, and myself as moderator.
The format is intentionally conversational, supportive, and educational.
If you work with seniors, adult children, caregivers, or families navigating aging-related decisions, I invite you to:
