There are several websites that can give you access to information on the many government programs available to assist businesses, organizations, and individuals.  Because the details and availability of these programs changes almost daily, the best source for current and updated information is your local County Economic Development Agency.  Their websites can connect you with Federal, State and local programs and resources.  Resource websites are listed below:

This Relief Program Eligibility Wizard allows businesses to easily identify which State and Federal programs they may be eligible for and provides information on the application processes for those programs. In collaboration with legal, financial, and human resources subject matter experts, the team will continue to monitor federal and state resources and update the Relief Program Eligibility Wizard as new programs become available, or as existing programs change in availability. COVID News/Updates:

Once the COVID-19 vaccine becomes available in Howard County and the State of Maryland, residents must register here to receive the vaccine. For more information about the COVID-19 vaccine, please visit StayCOVIDSafe.howardcountymd.gov

We want to ensure residents and families have reliable and accurate information regarding the COVID-19 vaccine, understand the different phases of distribution and can make informed decisions. The vaccine will be distributed in three phases:

  • First - Target priority groups, which include those at highest risk of exposure or developing complications, including healthcare workers, residents and staff of long-term health care facilities, and first responders.
  • Second - People in critical infrastructure roles, including exposure in non-healthcare and transportation workers.
  • Third - Wide scale Distribution of the vaccine to the general public will be available.
