About Our Speaker: In 2008, Rebecca Bowman accepted the post of Administrator of the Howard County Office of Consumer Affairs, one of only two county consumer agencies in Maryland. Prior to her work in Howard County, Rebecca served as an Assistant Attorney General and Director of the Mediation Unit in the Maryland Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. Rebecca is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the American University, Washington College of Law.
